Accessing, browsing or viewing the Site, including, but not limited to, registering for an account, submitting any information to Us, or utilizing any of the Services as provided and offered by Baking Tacos, you hereby consent and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as contained herein. You ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published by Us from time to time on the Site, each of which is incorporated by reference and each of which may be updated by Us from time to time without notice to you. Your use of the Site is governed by the version of these Terms of Use in effect on the date of use.

Baking Tacos is not a token exchange. Baking Tacos is not a securities investment company. Baking Tacos is a consulting company that offers delegation management services. Baking Tacos is not a direct, private seller of virtual currency. We do not buy, sell, take custody of, or hold any currency, virtual or otherwise. Any virtual currency involved in delegation does and shall remain in your sole and exclusive possession.

Registration. In order to access certain features of the Site or the Services provided, you must register to create an account (“Account”). You must complete the registration process by providing Us with current, complete and accurate information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. You will not share your password, let anyone else access your Account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your Account. You will not transfer your Account to anyone without first getting Our written permission. Upon completion of registration, users are known as “Registered Users.”

Up-Time Assurance. Baking Tacos will make every best effort in ensuring that the software necessary for network functionality maintains a connection to the global network. While Baking Tacos runs multiple backups in case of unexpected downtime, Baking Tacos is unable to guarantee uptime in certain circumstances which include, without limitation: (1) Baking Tacos’s hosting provider experiences down-time that affects network communication; (2) a cryptocurrency network experiences an attack; (3) the core software is updated, or; (4) network instability (e.g. unexpected fork).

Electronic Communication Privacy Act Notice (18 U.S.C. §§ 2701-2711): Though Baking Tacos takes security, privacy and appropriate confidentiality very seriously, and while we take all reasonable efforts to secure data and maintain the confidentiality of the same, Baking Tacos makes no guarantee of confidentiality or privacy of any communication or information transmitted on the site, through email, or any website linked to the site. Baking Tacos will never share personal information unless required by law or court order; furthermore, Baking Tacos will never sell, rent or otherwise provide access to customer data to any third-party. Nevertheless, Baking Tacos shall not be liable for the privacy of email addresses, registration and identification information, communications, confidential or trade-secret information transmitted over networks accessed by the Site, or otherwise connected with your use of the Service.

Indemnification. Baking Tacos reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any such claim or action and all negotiations for settlement or compromise, and you agree to fully cooperate with Baking Tacos in the defense of any such claim, action, settlement or compromise negotiations, as requested by Baking Tacos.

Notification Procedures. We may provide notifications, including those regarding modifications to these Terms of Use, whether such notifications are required by law or are for marketing or other business related purposes, to you via email notice, written or hard copy notice, or through posting of such notice on Our Site, as determined by Us in Our sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to Site visitors and Registered Users. Note that you may opt out of certain means of notification. We are not responsible for any automatic filtering you or your network provider may apply to email notifications We send to the email address you provided to Us.

Non-Enforcement is not a Waiver. The failure of Baking Tacos to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Baking Tacos. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms of Use, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms of Use will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms of Use or otherwise. If for any reason a court or arbitral, as applicable, of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms of Use invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect.

Termination. At any time, a Client may terminate their relationship with Baking Tacos by revoking their delegation to us. Any remaining payments to Client will be paid in accordance with previously established timelines as indicated on Our Site. Baking Tacos may terminate a Client relationship at Our sole discretion, at any time. Baking Tacos has no means of revoking a delegation; as such, Baking Tacos will notify Client via Client's registered email address of our intent to terminate the relationship. IT IS THE EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO REVOKE DELEGATION TO BAKING TACOS. In the event that Client does not revoke delegation to Baking Tacos, Baking Tacos is under no obligation to continue any payments to Client.
